General Service Administration (GSA) Fedrooms Program

FedRooms is the official U.S. government hotel program offering Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)-compliant rooms for federal employees and military personnel on official business, often at or below per diem rates. It simplifies booking with no added fees, guaranteed same-day cancellation, and high-quality safety standards, ensuring accommodations are convenient for government travel needs.

All hotels in the Fedrooms program located in USA are FEMA and ADA compliant. Additional benefits for Govt travelers are same day cancellation and a dedicated help desk. Per Diem USA is the allowance for lodging (excluding taxes), meals and incidental expenses.

The General Services Administration (GSA) establishes per diem rates for destinations within the lower 48 Continental United States (CONUS). Per Diems International are established by the State Department.

FEMA approved hotels in the USA are identified with their FEMA number.
